Within our manufacturing team, we are looking for our future Swiss Lathe Operator 100% (M/F/X) Your mission Reporting to our manufacturing/machining department, you ensure the setup, adjustments, and optimization of processes. Your responsibilities Ensure the setup, adjustment, and monitoring of production machines of the Star and Index type. Produce complex parts according to the defined plans and requirements Guarantee the quality of the produced parts and perform quality controls Identify and propose improvements in order to optimize production processes Participate in the first-level maintenance of equipment Your profile CFC in polymechanic option turning or training deemed equivalent Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar function Comfortable in reading plans and machining complex parts with full autonomy Good knowledge of ISO programming Methodical spirit, solution-oriented, rigor and ability to organize work and priorities according to expectations Fluent use of MS Office IT tools Place of work: 2500 Bienne Working hours: day shift, but willing to work in a team occasionally.
