Commercial Employee Sales Back Office (m/f/d) at the Luzern location

You process customer inquiries, offers, and order placements for our specialist retail customers from all over Switzerland.
You are responsible for the technical clarification and the commercial processing of customer inquiries.
You undertake the commercial and technical calculation and creation of offers, as well as general customer correspondence.
Close coordination and cooperation with our specialist retail field service.
Your area of responsibility includes receivables and complaint management as well as invoice verification and the creation of credit notes.
You undertake further general office activities and administrative tasks.
Additionally, you undertake the maintenance of customer master data in our CRM system.

You possess a completed technical or commercial vocational training.
Commercial professional experience is essential; several years of experience in sales back office or in technical support is an advantage.
You speak and write German fluently.

French language skills at least level B1.

You convince with strong teamwork and communication skills, high commitment, and service understanding in direct customer contact.
A customer- and service-oriented systematic way of working as well as organizational skills are a matter of course for you.
You possess a technical affinity.
Knowledge of MS Office applications completes your profile; CRM and ERP knowledge are desirable.
