What you will learn with us

• Working in various areas of the kitchen according to the curriculum
• Preparation work and storage: You ensure that all ingredients are fresh and in stock
• Care and cleanliness: Hygiene is particularly important; with us, you will get to know the HACCP regulation and know how it is implemented in the kitchen

What you bring with you

• Completed school education (Sekundarschule A or B) with good academic performance
• Great willingness to learn, sense of responsibility as well as hygiene awareness and sense of order
• Interest in cooking and enjoyment in handling food
• Helpful, sociable and team-oriented, with a strong sense of care and conscientiousness
• Readiness for irregular working hours
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges and practical work
• Good German skills in speaking and writing

Your apprenticeship starts with an exciting introductory day. In the second year of apprenticeship, our apprentices participate in the Tertianum Summer Camp. We celebrate the completion of the apprenticeship with a proper graduation ceremony. After the apprenticeship, numerous possibilities open up to work within our company in different businesses and language regions.
