• Ensuring competent and holistic advice across all life stages
• Building your own customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Developing suitable solutions in the areas of basic products, digital offers, living, financing, pension planning and investing, taking into account the individual wishes, goals and life situations of the customers
• Collaboration on target group-specific market development measures, in particular campaigns and performance of representative tasks

• Completed banking training including further education in the banking or finance sector (SAQ certification Individual Client Advisory an advantage)
• Independent, committed and goal-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment of intensive customer contact
