You can obtain extensive insight into our institution on the website: www.lindenbaum.ch Residential Staff - Social Pedagogue HF ## Workload 60 - 80 % - immediately or by arrangement How your daily work is structured ### You will work in a team of up to 7 specialists and together provide the necessary advice, support, and care for up to 16 young women and men from the age of 16/17. Together with the young people, you manage everyday life (household management, finances, etc.), provide assistance and further counseling offers where necessary, and maintain contact with the vocational trainers and job coaches of the training areas and external training partners. What will inspire us about you ### • Completed training in social pedagogy and several years of professional experience in accompanying adolescents in crisis situations • good oral and written German skills • high social competence, empathy and compassion  • solution-oriented thinking and acting, high independence and sense of responsibility • flexibility, resilience, integrity, teamwork and professional ability to set boundaries as well as humor and a positive basic attitude • joy in working with a wide variety of people • willingness to work irregular hours (incl. weekend services, night and telephone on-call services) • Driver's license Cat.
