For our client, we are looking for a

Project Manager Façade Construction (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• Technical requirement clarification, sound advice for our clientele, as well as precise calculation and creation of offers in the "Façades" business area
• Smooth AVOR (work preparation) for internal production as well as handling of all order-related administrative tasks
• Planning and coordination of construction site assignments, including dispatching of auxiliary equipment (cranes, aerial work platforms) as well as scheduling with the assembly management, architects, and construction management
• Quality control, acceptance of works on site, as well as preparation of documents for supplements and final invoicing

Your experience:

• Successfully completed training as a Metal Construction Designer EFZ or basic training as a Metalworker with appropriate further training
• Practical experience in project management in the field of metal and/or façade construction is a great advantage
• Open-minded, dedicated, and assertive personality with an independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing
