Fiduciary Clerk (m/f/d) 80-100%

For our client in Zug, who combines professional expertise with a modern working environment, we are looking for an experienced fiduciary clerk (80%-100%) immediately or by arrangement. The young and motivated team advises customers in the areas of fiduciary services, accounting, taxes, and business consulting personally and in a solution-oriented manner. The centrally located, modern offices offer an attractive working environment.

Your area of responsibility:

• Independent management of financial and payroll accounting
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation and elaboration of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Processing VAT returns
• Supporting the mandate managers in customer care
• Participation in internal projects and process optimizations
• general administrative activities

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Further training to become a federal diploma fiduciary with FA or in progress
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector, ideally in a comparable function
• Precise, structured, and reliable way of working with high quality awareness
• Good IT user knowledge
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• German at native level, very good English skills are an advantage
