Your profile • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry • Professional experience in an identical/similar role desired • Pleasant telephone voice and sales skills • Very good user knowledge of MS-Office • Service-oriented • Stylish German and very good English skills in spoken and written form • Further foreign languages are an advantage Your tasks • Receipt and processing of reservations via telephone & email (German & English) • Creation of offers and reservation confirmations • Advising and supporting guests regarding room category, prices, arrangements and additional services • Maintenance and updating of the hotel booking system (EMMA) • Monitoring of daily arrivals • Close cooperation with the departments Front Office, Revenue Management, Events & Sales • Participation in the development of packages • Maintenance of various OTA platforms We offer • Participation in interesting events against a great backdrop of the Swiss Alps • The unique opportunity to be part of the development of the project «Andermatt Swiss Alps» • A motivated team with a «Yes I Can» attitude • Free use of fitness and swimming pool • Work-life balance • Accommodation in the staff house upon request • A welcome bonus of up to CHF 1'000.- • (CHF 300.- after completion of the probationary period and CHF 700.- after completion of the first year of service)
