Team Lead CAM Programmer with CATIA

What is my function? You lead and develop a team of 7 employees in milling parts and take over the independent CAM programming with CATIA. In doing so, you continuously optimize existing CNC programs as well as manufacturing processes and support your team technically with complex machining. You program high-precision components for demanding customers, including from the Formula 1 environment. What do I need to be successful? Training as a Polymechaniker EFZ (MANDATORY) Several years of experience in CNC machining as well as in CAM programming Very good knowledge of CATIA CAM - particularly important for highly complex components from the Formula 1 environment Experience in milling on 3- to 5-axis machining centers Technical understanding of high-precision manufacturing processes Leadership experience or the willingness to take on leadership responsibility Ability to maintain an overview even with complex manufacturing tasks Ability to support employees professionally and set clear priorities What distinguishes the company?
