What awaits you ##

• Administrative processing of job advertisements: record, check, and publish job advertisements on various job platforms
• Administration of applicant management and communication with applicants
• Implementation of the release change to the new Umantis version - from configuration and tests to go-live
• System responsibility for Umantis in recruiting: ensuring that the tool is constantly kept up to date, as well as support and training of users
• Collaboration in the construction and further development of recruiting processes

What you bring with you ##

• Experience in recruiting or applicant management, preferably in a larger organization
• Sound knowledge of applicant management systems (ideally Umantis) and experience with system implementations or releases
• High IT affinity and pleasure in simplifying processes
• Service orientation and the ability to communicate technical topics understandably
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks, a careful and reliable way of working, as well as discretion in handling sensitive data
• Structured, independent way of working and desire to grow with the function
