What you can achieve with us.

You will lead our Facility Management team and, together with your colleagues, provide the diverse operational services in technical and infrastructural building management. In doing so, you are responsible for, among other things:

• Leadership and promotion of your team
• Monitoring of cost and contract compliance
• Planning and management of works
• Creation of analyses and reportings
• Customer consulting and support
• Optimization and development of processes and sub-processes
• Support in the acquisition of new mandates
• Enforcement of safety specifications from the legislator and the company
• Ensuring the ongoing training and further education of your team
• Technical participation and support in operational operation and maintenance (HLKS/Electrical)

You are a service provider by conviction, think ahead, and contribute adequate optimization suggestions. Positive feedback spurs you to peak performance. In addition, you bring the following:

• Technical basic training in the area of HLKS or Electrical desirable
• Bachelor of Science in Facility Management with technical and commercial background or similar education with relevant several years of professional experience
• Professional experience in a comparable leadership position
• Sound business understanding
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, ideally Planon CAFM, RTM, SAP Fiori, Baseware)
• Proficient German skills and English is an advantage
• Interest and affinity for real estate, technology, and maintenance
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Committed, communicative, and flexible personality
• Pronounced customer orientation and sense of responsibility
• Affinity for numbers
• Residence in the Sargans-Chur region is an advantage
