Requirement profile:

• Training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable
• Several years of sound professional experience as a CNC mechanic (CNC milling and CNC turning)
• Very good CAM knowledge (Unigraphics / NX is an advantage)
• Very good programming knowledge (Fanuc, Heidenhain, ISO)
• Conscientious and proactive way of working
• Good German language skills

Tasks:

• CAM programming (Unigraphics / NX)
• Commissioning and completion of zero series on milling, turning, and turn-mill centers
• Creation of documentation (work / process instructions) as well as training / instruction of line employees
• Design and process transfer of new manufacturing processes into series production including production planning (process layout, fixture/clamping device concept, tool selection and procurement)
• Continuous optimization of existing production processes
• Leading and actively participating in Lean / KVP and technical projects from the production lines (e.g., OEE / equipment availability, process stability, processing time / takt time reduction, tool life, product transfers and ramp-ups)
• Carrying out or instructing maintenance and repair work as well as systematic fault diagnosis and rectification on machines/equipment; coordination of external technician assignments and enabling of line employees
• Taking over deputy roles in the team and ensuring the stable operation of the lines during absences
