Specialist in Residential Care (m/f/d)

For our client, an established institution in the Solothurn area, we are looking for an engaged and empathetic Specialist in Residential Care 50--70 % as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

The institution accompanies and supports people with various disabilities and places great importance on individual, resource-oriented care as well as as much self-determined participation in social life as possible.
Your tasks

• Design of a varied and meaningful everyday life for people with multiple disabilities
• Planning and implementation of need-oriented leisure activities
• Performance of nursing and housekeeping activities
• Building and maintaining an appreciative cooperation with relatives and legal representatives
• Coordination and accompaniment of the interdisciplinary key person system
• Close cooperation with various specialist departments and external agencies
• Participation in the individual promotion and further development of the persons under care

Your profile

• Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or Fachperson Sozialpädagogik HF
• Professional experience in the health or social sector, ideally in working with people with disabilities
• Joy and empathy in dealing with people with different support needs
• Strong social competence as well as high physical and psychological resilience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good IT user knowledge, especially MS Word and Outlook
• Positive, open and solution-oriented personality
• Willingness to actively help shape development processes
