Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people who are fragile in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.

In order to complete our support team during the renovation period of our EMS, we are looking for our establishment in Yvonand, which accommodates 48 people and specializes in geriatrics, for the following profile:

Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir share a common will: to support People daily to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real multidisciplinary collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the People.

As an assistant activity coordinator, you support People in the acts of daily life, taking into account the support project and their level of autonomy. In collaboration with the team or autonomously, you are responsible for preparing and organizing daily socio-cultural activities for the People and, of course, accompanying them in their implementation.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• Red Cross certificate or title deemed equivalent
• Experience in an EMS
• Driver's license required
• Experience or ease in driving minibus-type vehicles (9 seats)
• Attitude centered on the well-being of the Person
• Ability to adapt and integrate
• Ease of communication and collaboration
• Dynamic, attentive, flexible, and organized personality
• Mastery of spoken and written French and IT tools
