Project Architect Planning and Realization (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, an architecture firm with technically demanding construction projects, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Project Architect Planning and Realization (m/f/d). You will further develop architectural concepts into precise and implementable solutions. In doing so, you will work closely with clients, authorities, and various specialists.

Tasks

• Elaborating of construction, working, and detail plans for demanding building construction projects
• Development of technically well-thought-out solutions taking into account the applicable standards
• Coordination of planning documents with internal and external project participants
• Clarification of structural and technical questions during project processing
• Ensuring complete, timely, and qualitatively convincing planning

Profile

• Completed architecture studies at FH, ETH level or comparable qualification
• At least five years of experience in execution planning
• Very good knowledge of Revit and confident handling of digital planning methods
• Experience with industry or life sciences projects is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Independent, organized, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and collaboration with different specialist departments
