Construction Manager Roofing / Tinsmith (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, an established company in the field of roofing and tinsmithing in the Zürich region, we are looking for an experienced specialist in construction management, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

In this responsible position, you will take over the complete processing of construction projects. This includes work preparation as well as schedule and process planning, close cooperation with clients and other trades involved in construction, as well as the technical and personnel leadership of the deployed team. Furthermore, you ensure compliance with quality standards and are responsible for the correct billing of the projects.

Requirements

You have completed vocational training as a roofer or tinsmith as well as an advanced qualification, for example as an object manager, foreman, or master. You work independently, carefully, and proactively, bring assertiveness, and think entrepreneurially. You enjoy dealing with people and appreciate a collegial working environment with short decision-making paths.
