As part of the development of our Insurance Competence Center (KompZ), we are looking for enthusiastic personalities, customer-oriented and endowed with an excellent sense of advice. You will accompany our members and prospects in the world of insurance and TCS mobility solutions, within a national and multi-channel environment. Your challenges ---------- * Advise and accompany our members, clients, and prospects by telephone and in writing. * Identify their needs and propose suitable solutions from the various TCS insurance and mobility offers. * Carry out sales development and retention activities, in compliance with customer needs. * Ensure the processing, follow-up, and conversion of sales opportunities. * Prepare, send, and follow up on insurance offers until the conclusion of contracts. * Perform administrative tasks related to offers, contracts, and customer files. * Collaborate closely with our insurance partners as well as with the various internal services of TCS. * Actively participate in training, meetings, projects, and continuous improvement processes of the Competence Center. What you bring -------------------- * You have a first successful experience in customer advisory, customer service, sales, or the insurance sector. * You have an excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written, and are able to advise customers in both languages. * You enjoy telephone contact and have excellent communication skills. * You are able to listen, analyze needs, and propose suitable solutions. * You have a taste for advisory sales and are oriented towards customers and results. * You demonstrate team spirit, autonomy, and a high sense of responsibility. * You know how to manage objections, objectives, and periods of high activity. * You are proficient in standard IT tools and are comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms. * You hold the AFA insurance intermediary certification or the IAF certified insurance and pension advisor certification, or are willing to obtain it within the required period after your commencement of employment. A certification already acquired constitutes a major advantage.
