Your tasks

Responsibility for a smooth and efficient process within the assigned production shift
First point of contact for employees regarding technical and organizational questions
Support with 1st-level support on production equipment
Ensuring and implementing the specified production targets
Coordination and prioritization of the tasks arising within the shift
Support in the training and further development of employees
Close cooperation and interface function between production and engineering
Supervision of different production processes and special productions
Active support during malfunctions and challenges in ongoing production operations
Ensuring compliance with quality and process specifications

Your profile

Completed vocational training EFZ in a technical profession
Ideally training in the field of electronics, automation or mechanics
Experience in a technical production or industrial environment is an advantage
Very good technical understanding
IT affinity and confident handling of technical systems
Enjoyment in working with employees and different specialist departments
Responsible, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Ability to support and motivate employees
Good German skills, at least level B2
English skills are an advantage
Willingness to work in 24/7 shift operation, including weekends
