August or by agreement. Vista Augenpraxen & Kliniken, with around 35 locations and approximately 500 employees, are the largest provider of ophthalmology in Switzerland. We offer first-class medical services for our patients and set standards in the specialist disciplines of ophthalmology, eye surgery, and laser eye medicine. Your tasks Leadership and further development of the Quality Management & Processes department as well as active participation in day-to-day business Definition and implementation of a group-wide QM strategy Establishment and further development of the newly introduced quality management system and a cross-site process management (including development of guidelines, processes, and templates) Analysis, optimization, and standardization of operational processes in close cooperation with the locations Planning and implementation/accompaniment of internal & external audits as well as control of improvement measures Further development & analysis of patient surveys including derivation and implementation of necessary measures Processing and evaluation of CIRS reports, complaints, and patient feedback including derivation of concrete improvements Ensuring and further developing a consistently patient-centered orientation of processes and services Definition and monitoring of quality- and process-related KPIs as well as preparation of decision-making bases for management Consulting and training of executives and employees as well as implementation of improvement and digitization initiatives Conducting training sessions as part of integrations and patient-centered training What you bring Education/studies in the healthcare sector, business administration, or comparable; further training in QM is an advantage Several years of experience in quality and process management (ideally in the healthcare sector) Experience in setting up QM systems and process optimization Leadership experience or management of cross-departmental projects is an advantage Analytical, structured way of working with high implementation strength Communication skills and confident appearance at all levels Assertiveness and pronounced cooperation in an interdisciplinary environment What we offer Benefit from at least five weeks of vacation, strong social benefits such as an above-average employer contribution to your occupational pension and a private accident insurance worldwide.
