Senior Construction Manager in «Bern / Gümligen Süd - Entflechtung»

• As a Senior Construction Manager, you are the SBB client representative during the execution phase. You lead the project on behalf of the overall project management and work closely with internal and external specialist departments in planning and realization to lead them to success.
• Along the SIA planning phases, you are responsible for construction phase planning, interval planning (track closures), logistics planning, and the tendering of third-party and in-house services.
• In the SIA realization phases, as the main responsible contractual partner, you take over the management of execution until commissioning. In doing so, you consistently keep the project goals in the dimensions of safety, costs, deadlines, and quality in view and ensure their achievement.
• Together with our business partners, you are responsible for monitoring and checking contracts as well as negotiating supplementary claims.
• Proactive communication with internal clients, authorities, offices, residents, and other stakeholders is part of your everyday life - binding, solution-oriented, and at eye level.
• You drive innovations forward and optimize processes in your area of responsibility to further increase efficiency, safety, and quality.

• You like to step out of your comfort zone, tackle topics proactively, and lead projects independently and confidently to success.
• You have completed a degree in civil engineering (ETH/FH), training as a construction manager or technician HF, or training as a master builder, and preferably bring several years of professional experience predominantly in the realization phase.
• You express yourself excellently in German, both orally and in writing (at least C1). Very good IT user skills are required.
