WIR SUCHEN To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an engaged and guest-oriented personality for our porter team, starting immediately or by arrangement.WIR ERWARTEN • Friendly reception as well as care for our guests during arrival and departure • Carrying out the pick-up and return transport service with the hotel's own electric vehicle (station / meeting points) • Luggage service for hotel and holiday apartment guests • Support of the reception with guest requests as well as running errands between the operations • Cleaning and maintenance of the public areas (lobby, entrances, corridors, stairwells, and outdoor facilities) • Ensuring order, cleanliness, and compliance with internal standards • Support of the housekeeping team with cleaning work and laundry logistics • Carrying out small repair and maintenance work in guest rooms and public areas • Checking technical facilities as well as reporting larger defects • Assistance with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, gritting service, and maintenance of the outdoor areas • Flexible assignments at various locations according to the duty roster IHR PROFIL • Experience in the field of hospitality, facility services, or building management is an advantage • Manual dexterity and basic technical understanding • Physical resilience (luggage service, snow removal) • Driving license for use with electric vehicles is mandatory • Good German and English skills in speaking • Friendly, well-groomed, and helpful appearance • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Team player, flexible, and resilient WIR BIETEN • Free ski rental in Zermatt • Two employee events per year • Discount on massages • Discount on overnight stays in all our hotels • Discount on Food & Beverage in all restaurants • Alpen Resort & SPA: SPA use every day from 10:00–14:00 • Matterhorn Inn: Fitness area usable all day
