To bridge the gap, we are looking for an immediately or by arrangement reliable, exact, and pragmatically acting personality with sound payroll know-how to ensure payroll processing within the framework of an interim mandate.

Your area of responsibility

• Ensuring seamless and timely monthly payroll processing during the interim period, including control and plausibility checks of salary changes, variable remuneration, and deductions
• Competent contact person for employees and managers in all payroll and HR matters along the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Administrative and payroll-relevant processing of entries and exits as well as mutations, including correct final settlements
• Processing of social insurances, withholding taxes, absences, as well as pension and insurance topics in close cooperation with external bodies
• Execution of year-end processes, payroll reporting, and statutory declarations, as well as creation of reports on personnel costs and HR key figures
• Documentation and optimization of payroll processes as well as structured handover to the successor

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further advanced training in the HR or payroll area (e.g., HR-Fachausweis, Sozialversicherungs-Fachausweis, or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as a Payroll Specialist in a Swiss company, experience in interim mandates is an advantage
• Confident handling of work authorizations and the payroll-relevant specifics of cross-border commuters
• Good knowledge of HR, payroll, and time management systems; experience with Infoniqa 200, Infoniqa HCM, DocuWare, PSI BDE/PZ, PSI BDE/PZ-ESS, BSD ZUKO, or Zeugnismanager is an advantage
• Exact, independent way of working, quick comprehension, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes
• Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing, as well as short-term availability
