For an architectural office in Zug, we are looking for an Architect Execution 80 - 100 % immediately or by arrangement.

You will strengthen the team in execution and detail planning and accompany projects to the construction site. Constructive security, clean plans, and the ability to coordinately coordinate specialist planners and contractors in a binding manner are required.

Your tasks

• Development of working, detail, and execution plans
• Further development of planning during realization
• Coordination with specialist planners, contractors, and authorities
• Support of project and construction management regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
• Design control of the execution
• Documentation and plan management

Your profile

• Completed education in architecture (ETH/FH/HF or equivalent)
• Professional experience in Swiss execution planning
• Good knowledge of SIA phases, standards, and building construction
• CAD proficiency (Archicad or comparable)
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Stylish German
