RA Zulauf handles contractual disputes and works as a defense attorney. We support companies and private individuals and provide advisory and litigation services. We are looking for a lawyer assistant with a 100%-workload immediately or by arrangement. You will work in a dynamic, pragmatic, and service-oriented team of lawyers. You will take on responsible tasks such as: Support in administrative and organizational matters Processing incoming correspondence and file management Receiving clients and answering phone calls Scheduling and planning appointments Archiving files and documents General secretarial work (mail processing, filing, deadline control, etc.) Your profile Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification Ideally, professional experience in a law firm Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking Proficient use of MS-Office Structured, precise, and reliable working method Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet personality Why us?
