Puff Pastry & Dry Cake Collaborator (m/f/d) – 100 %

Do you wish to put your technical expertise at the service of quality products and gradually evolve towards more responsibilities? This position is made for you! We are looking for an experienced person in the manufacturing of puff pastry-based products and dry cake, ready to fully commit and build their evolution with us.

Your missions:

• You carefully produce puff pastry, viennoiserie and dry cake products, in compliance with our quality standards.
• You master the different manufacturing stages and ensure the regularity and quality of the products.
• You actively participate in the organization and continuous improvement of the sector.
• You bring your technical expertise to the team and contribute to the development of your colleagues' skills.
• You take initiative, identify potential problems and propose adapted and effective solutions.
• You contribute to the smooth running of the sector by ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• You are close to the field and actively participate in the dynamics and performance of the team.

What you bring:

• You have solid experience in the field of puff pastry, flaky pastry and/or dry cake, as well as very good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• You work in an autonomous, organized and rigorous manner, with a true sense of responsibility.
• You distinguish yourself by your spirit of initiative, your ability to identify problems and your orientation towards seeking solutions.
• You possess natural leadership and know how to unite, communicate effectively and move a team forward.
