For the Gradelle home, the Pôle Adultes of the Foundation is looking for: A socio-educational assistant Job description: * Accompany people with multiple disabilities in daily life and in the specific interventions of their personalized project * Actively participate in animations of the living space, weekends and leisure activities * Be a source of proposals for activities and outings meeting the needs of the residents * Contribute to the improvement of the quality of support and the personalized project of the residents * Strengthen the autonomy and integration of residents in neighborhood life * Contribute to an optimal circulation of information and the quality of links between the different professions of the institution * Participate in the development of the Pôle Adultes Qualifications: * Hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant * Professional experience with people in situations of disability * Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team * Mastery of usual IT tools * Swiss nationality or valid permit * Driver's license We offer: * An open-ended contract * An exciting and dynamic working environment. * Quality services supported by a recognized organization * Salary and working conditions: according to the [CCT AGOEER](< >) and the internal regulations at [Fondation Clair Bois](< >).
