Samsic Emploi is recruiting Health Care Assistants (M/F) for temporary assignments with its reference partners in home care in the Lausannoise region Your mission Within multidisciplinary teams, you will support beneficiaries in their homes to ensure their comfort, safety, and maintenance of their autonomy. In this capacity, you will be required to: Perform hygiene and comfort care. Support beneficiaries in activities of daily living. Participate in the maintenance of their autonomy and quality of life. Observe the general state of patients and transmit information to the nursing team. Respect care protocols as well as hygiene and safety rules. \-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profile sought: Your profile CRS 120h Health Care Assistant certificate or recognized equivalent diploma. First experience in home care is a real asset. You demonstrate empathy, benevolence, and excellent interpersonal skills. You are autonomous, organized, and enjoy teamwork.
