Your field of activity at the new employer

• Ensuring professional and holistic care and support of the residents during day shifts between 07.00 and 22.00
• Recognizing individual needs as well as early perception of changes and emergency situations with appropriate, safe action
• Careful and complete electronic nursing documentation with modern mobile work devices
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with various professional groups as well as active participation in the further development of nursing quality

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland with SRK recognition
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage as well as enjoyment of the professional accompaniment and care of elderly people

• Good German language skills, IT affinity and the willingness to develop professionally in a targeted manner
