The Customer Service Center actively supports Raiffeisen Schweiz, Raiffeisenbanken and group companies in achieving their service goals by receiving and answering telephone and written end-customer inquiries. At our location in St. Gallen, we are looking for a fast-learning, flexible, service-oriented and communicative personality for our increased advisory activities, effective immediately or by arrangement. Application questions instead of a cover letter Share What awaits you? ## • Telephone support for private customers • Need-oriented advice on basic products (numbers, saving, pension, simple investments) • Active customer contact to arrange advisory appointments, direct closures and referral to higher segments • Working days from Mon - Fri with occasional assignments on Saturdays What do you bring with you? ## • Banking training (EFZ or comparable) • Experience in the support and advice of customers • Passion for customer contact and pronounced sales talent • Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working • Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
