Housekeeping Logistics Assistant on an hourly basis

Your tasks

• Assistance in the areas of cellar, office and also at the buffet during events
• Thorough cleaning of all rooms in and around the house
• Responsible for all plant care in the outdoor area
• Preparation of the rooms (set-up/tear-down/reconfiguration) for events
• Operation of dishwashers, professional cleaning of all materials
• Responsible for the issuance and control of in-house beverage stocks (incl. monthly inventory)
• Responsible for the provision and delivery of ordered goods for the various businesses
• Professional sorting of empties
• Undertaking of additional tasks according to instructions from the supervisor

Your qualification

• Professional experience in gastronomy, preferably in the field of housekeeping
• Flexible and resilient personality
• Very good physical fitness (heavy lifting)
• Ability to work in a team
• Careful and precise way of working
• Business fluent German skills, oral and written
• Mandatory willingness to work in shift service, between 09.00 and 05.00 in the morning as well as on public holidays and weekends
