Technical Sales Inside Sales 80-100%

Your main tasks include:

• Technical consulting of existing and new customers regarding our wide product range
• Processing of inquiries including quotation creation
• Processing of orders including order entry and invoicing, mainly Swiss customers
• Product-related, internal company communication
• Cooperation with and support of the field service employees
• Hub to the departments of Purchasing, Technical, Logistics, Customer Service

What you bring with you:

• Commercial and/or technical basic training (preferably industry)
• Several years of sales experience in an industrial environment
• Experience with oil hydraulics and knowledge of the corresponding components
• Languages: German, English (French is an advantage)
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• MS Office applications
• Sociability, quick comprehension, reliability, efficient way of working, negotiation skills
• Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting
