Operations Center Manager TRAVYS is the reference public transport company for Nord Vaudois and operates 3 railway lines and several bus lines in the Jura \- Nord Vaudois region and has approximately 330 employees. In order to complete our teams, we are looking for a: Operations Center Manager Your mission As Operations Center Manager, you guarantee the daily production of the rail and road offer as well as passenger information in accordance with safety, punctuality and quality objectives in order to meet the expectations of our customers and clients, whether in normal or disrupted situations. You participate in analyses, propose and implement continuous improvement measures. Your profile Hold a diploma as a Public Transport Manager, a federal certificate as a specialist in group management or a training deemed equivalent; Have 5 to 7 years of experience in the operation of a public transport network, ideally as a traffic manager; Master rail and road operation processes as well as the challenges related to the production of the offer and passenger information; Support change by promoting team adherence and continuous improvement of practices; Analyze situations, identify suitable solutions and measure their operational impacts; Organize priorities, anticipate needs and react effectively to emergency or disrupted situations; Supervise a team with unifying leadership, by promoting collaboration, responsibility and skills development; Communicate with ease and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
