To strengthen our Marketing & Innovation team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a### Product Manager 100% (m/w/d) Your challenges • Independent management of the assortment including performance, lifecycle, optimizations and profitability • Derivation and implementation of measures for the further development or streamlining of the assortment • Accompanying new products from the idea to the market launch • Conducting market, trend and competitor analyses • Coordination of product introductions and relaunches in coordination with marketing and sales • Creation and maintenance of product concepts, argumentation, specifications and price structures • Responsibility for product data, content and consistent representation across all relevant channels • Ensuring a clear and uniform brand presence in cooperation with internal and external partners Your qualifications • Completed education in the field of food, marketing or communication (FH, HF or comparable) • Several years of professional experience in product management or digital marketing (ideally FMCG / B2B2C) • Experience in managing products throughout the entire lifecycle • Affinity for social media, e-commerce and digital tools • Structured, independent way of working combined with creativity • Strong communication skills, digitally savvy, with a flair for markets, trends and consumer needs • Very good MS Office skills; experience with ERP, CMS or shop systems is an advantage What you can expect • An exciting working environment in the food industry with versatile, responsible and interesting tasks • The opportunity to actively participate in the development of innovative products • A motivated, collegial team in a future-oriented environment • Contemporary remuneration and social benefits as well as other amenities Are you interested?
