You ensure professional, individual care and support of our residents
You support registered nurses in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures
You contribute actively to optimal interdisciplinary cooperation with all those involved in the care and support process
Your profile
You have successfully completed the training as Healthcare Professional EFZ
Some years of professional experience in long-term care distinguish you
You enjoy working with older people
You have good oral and written German skills
Carrying responsibility, alongside empathy and patience, is among your strengths
You can react skillfully and flexibly to unforeseen circumstances
You are also an organizational talent and strive to organize everyday life efficiently and in a structured manner
