Production Mechanic - CNC Manufacturing with DMG MORI

Activity

• Independent setup and operation of modern CNC turning machines, especially from DMG MORI
• Manufacturing of demanding individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
• Programming, optimizing and correcting CNC programs
• Setup and measurement of tools, clamping devices and measuring instruments
• Monitoring the entire manufacturing process as well as ensuring the required quality standards
• Carrying out dimensional checks and documentation of test results
• Recognizing, analyzing and resolving manufacturing problems
• Care, maintenance and servicing of machines and operational equipment
• Requirements
• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
• Professional experience in CNC turning
• Good knowledge in setting up and programming CNC turning machines
• Experience with DMG MORI is an advantage
• Confident handling of technical drawings as well as measuring and testing instruments
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious way of working
• Technical understanding as well as enjoyment of demanding manufacturing tasks
