You supply our Espresso Bars in Zürich with freshly and manually produced baked goods from our own bakery in Altstetten on a daily basis. Production and preparation of our baked goods for early morning delivery, production of bread, pastries and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards, quality control during the entire production process, ensuring that all products leave the bakery in the correct quantity and flawless quality, preparation of dough, ingredients and goods for the next day's production, management of the warehouse and assistance with orders and inventories, compliance with and implementation of the highest hygiene, safety and quality standards, cleaning and maintenance of machines, tools and production rooms. Completed training as a baker/pastry chef EFZ is an advantage, at least 1–2 years of professional experience in a bakery, pastry shop or professional kitchen, experience in handling dough, baking ingredients and baking machines and production facilities, independent, structured and efficient working method, high quality awareness and precise work according to recipes, physical resilience and willingness to work at night and on weekends, reliable, responsible and team-oriented personality, good German or English skills, passion for the baking trade and enjoyment of high-quality products, you are mobile for night work and can reach the workplace independently of public transport (driver's license and own vehicle an advantage).
