Nursing professional for meal accompaniment of patients with anorexia (workload by agreement)

On Station West F, you will accompany patients with anorexia with your empathetic, clear, and professional attitude and support them in the implementation of the therapeutic eating concept, making an important contribution to their recovery. What are your main tasks?

• You accompany patients with anorexia during meals according to the established eating concept and the individual care plan.
• Within the framework of the therapeutic eating concept, you participate in the meals, take on a role model function, and support the patients through appreciative observation and accompaniment.
• You support patients in coping with challenging eating situations and offer stability through presence, continuity, and reliability, even in stressful or conflict-ridden moments.
• You ensure compliance with the agreed meal structure and promote a calm, appreciative atmosphere.
• You observe eating behavior, document relevant observations, and exchange ideas closely with the responsible nursing team.

What do you bring with you?

• You are a certified nursing professional HF/FH or possess an equivalent recognized qualification.
• You are interested in accompanying people with eating disorders as well as psychiatric clinical pictures and shape therapeutic relationships professionally and reflectively.
• Empathy, patience, as well as the ability to set clear and supportive boundaries.
• You work responsibly, independently, and in close coordination with the nursing team.
