Your mission :
You will hold a multi-tasking position and will need to demonstrate versatility.
You will assist the HR manager in personnel administrative management; you will be autonomous in various HR-related procedures. But also, commercial secretariat: quotes, invoices, official forms…
You will be in charge of routine secretarial tasks and executive assistance (various correspondence, mail processing, telephony, filing, ordering materials, hotel reservations, etc.).

Your profile :

• You possess a CFC as a commercial employee, or equivalent
• You have worked several years in small-scale structures and have experience in a similar position
• You are not afraid of change, are enterprising and like to contribute your part to the building
• Through the mastery of your environment and the resulting tasks, you demonstrate logic and will know how to anticipate the recurring needs of your management and take the related initiatives
• You are resistant to stress, know how to and like to work under urgency
• You are capable of defining and redefining priorities
• You master standard computer software and learning management software does not frighten you
• You possess good writing skills in French
• You are organized, autonomous and rigorous in the management of your office
• You are a positive person with interpersonal skills
