You handle the entire recruitment in close cooperation with the line management. You support the line management and employees with HR-relevant topics as well as with legal questions and support them during employee appraisals You look after and advise long-term absentees due to illness and accident You work closely with the HR at the headquarters and perform tasks in connection with occupational health management (BGM) You carry out the payroll preparations and mutations for the headquarters and are responsible for working time management at your location You organize and coordinate employee events In this all-round function, you support the branch manager with further administrative tasks in the transport/logistics sector.
