• Variation rather than routine: instead of operating a cluster, you design, build, and modernize Kubernetes platforms for different enterprise clients. Each project brings a new starting situation, different surrounding systems, and new technical questions.
• AI Platform from the start: our AI-Platform service is currently being created. You are not taking it over - you are building it with us. Red Hat OpenShift AI, GPU activation, model service, and the question of how Swiss clients exploit inference productively and in compliance with regulations.
• Close to the source: thanks to our collaboration with Red Hat, you evaluate new technologies in our laboratory and integrate them early into our solutions.
• You participate in design - up to technical leadership: you shape our Kubernetes portfolio, our new services, and our automation plans. If you wish, you can also take technical leadership of the subject in the long term.
• Targeted development: Red Hat certifications, demanding projects, and an experienced team support your professional development in the areas of OpenShift, Kubernetes, virtualization, and AI.
• You design and implement complex Kubernetes solutions for enterprise clients - with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift, supplemented by Azure AKS and AWS EKS.
• You accompany clients in the modernization and migration of their platforms - from applications on Kubernetes to virtual machines on OpenShift Virtualization.
• You advise equally, facilitate workshops, and support sales as a technical partner during offers and tenders.
• You lead technical projects from launch to final success by collaborating closely with clients, the team, and manufacturers.
• Several years of practical experience with Kubernetes in an enterprise environment - ideally Red Hat OpenShift, alternatively VMware Tanzu / vSphere Kubernetes Service or a hyperscaler distribution.
• Automation is obvious to you - whether it be GitOps, Ansible, Terraform, or APIs: the tool matters little, it is the mentality that counts.
• You enjoy architecture, consulting, and technical challenges in an enterprise environment.
• Very good knowledge of German as well as technical English.

Red Hat OpenShift AI, OpenShift Virtualization, AKS and EKS, as well as integration into existing surrounding systems, are subjects in which you can specialize with us. For this, our laboratory, the OpenShift and VCF experts of your future team, demanding client projects, and targeted certification paths are at your disposal.

In this way, you develop step by step to become a recognized specialist in enterprise Kubernetes.
