Job description

• Participate in the migration of Tableau reports and environments to Power BI / Microsoft Fabric.
• Analyze the existing setup and contribute to the definition of migration strategies.
• Prioritize the use of Direct Lake to limit duplications and optimize performance.
• Use Import mode when technical constraints require an alternative approach.
• Design and evolve Power BI / Fabric semantic models.
• Work with existing SQL / Data Warehouse sources and environments.
• Guarantee the quality, performance and maintainability of the developed solutions.
• Apply Git, versioning, CI/CD and development management best practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of collaboration and governance practices within the team.
• Participate in testing, validation and production phases.
• Gradually support the migration of different functional perimeters.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Data Analyst / Power BI Expert.
• Solid experience in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Very good mastery of semantic models and Power BI architecture.
• Concrete experience with Direct Lake and ideally migration scenarios to Fabric.
• Good knowledge of SQL / Data Warehouse.
• Mastery of Git and versioning best practices.
• Experience in environments where governance and collaboration challenges are important.
• Experience in Tableau - Power BI migration is a real asset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a complex context constrained by deadlines.
• Excellent professional posture, ability to communicate with different interlocutors and to work in a team.
• Confirmed level of expertise expected.
