As Finance & Accounting Manager, you will take on a central role in the finance department of our companies. You will be responsible for operational accounting topics and will actively participate in the further development of processes and structures. Your tasks Responsibility for the general and subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset accounting) Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR as well as preparation of the reporting package for the holding according to HBII Budgeting, reporting and analyses in close cooperation with the management Liquidity planning and ensuring efficient cash management Preparation and reconciliation of VAT returns as well as intercompany reconciliations Participation in finance projects and continuous optimization of processes Preparation of payroll in cooperation with external service providers What you bring with you Commercial training with further training in the finance sector (eidg.
