For our client, an established company in the field of timber construction, we are looking for an engaged and experienced personality as a Foreman Timber Construction, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: * Technical and personnel leadership of several teams on various construction sites * Organization and coordination of the work on site * Ensuring qualitatively flawless and timely execution of the construction projects * Support in work preparation (AVOR) * Organization and procurement of the required materials * Coordination and monitoring of material deliveries * Participation in construction meetings as well as coordination with site management and project managers * Advising customers, clients, and involved tradespeople on object-related questions * Promoting good cooperation and a positive team spirit * Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety regulations on the construction sites Your profile: * Completed vocational training as a Carpenter EFZ or comparable training * Further training as a Foreman Timber Construction is an advantage * Several years of professional experience in timber construction * Initial or several years of experience in a leadership function * Good organizational skills and networked thinking * Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working * Strong leadership and communication skills * Good German skills * Driver's license Cat.
