Mission

As part of this role, reporting to our Industrialization Department, your mission will consist of independently leading product industrialization projects. You will organize and lead, depending on needs, technical meetings between Methods, Production, and Quality. In addition, you will actively participate in continuous improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Define the means to be used for the launch of product production.
• Participate in the definition of production processes, feasibility studies.
• Elaborate production files while ensuring their standardization.
• Manage industrialization from design to transfer into daily life.
• Coordinate the progress of manufacturing orders during the realization phase.

Profile sought

• Bachelor's in mechanics or microtechnology.
• 7 years of experience at a minimum in a similar position.
• Experience in the watchmaking field or in the high-end dial field.
• Very good mastery of office tools (MS Office, especially Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
• Team spirit and ease in collaborating transversally.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, critical and methodical.
• Proactive, sense of negotiation and persuasion.
