Your tasks <br /> • You lead, develop, and organize the Debt Collection Office and bear the overall financial and personnel responsibility for the service department. • Together with your team, you ensure the legally compliant execution of all proceedings according to SchKG as well as the associated federal ordinances. • You manage and monitor debt collection, attachment, retention, and seizure proceedings, as well as real estate collateral realizations and public auctions. • You continuously develop the organization further and promote digitalization as well as modern forms of working within the service department. • You represent the service department towards authorities, stakeholders, courts, as well as in public and are responsible for internal and external communication. • Additionally, you are a member of the extended executive management of the Finance Directorate and contribute to overarching subject areas. <br /> Your profile <br /> • We are addressing a convincing leadership personality with the certificate of competence to lead a Debt Collection Office, with a completed degree and/or sound, higher education or further training in the legal, business administration, or administration-related field. • You can demonstrate several years of leadership and management experience in comparable organizations and therefore possess extensive experience in the field of debt enforcement and bankruptcy. • Furthermore, you bring sound knowledge of the SchKG, the associated federal ordinances, and the relevant case law. • You convince with pronounced leadership, communication, and social competencies as well as an appreciative leadership style. • You act with strong decision-making power and appear sovereign even in demanding and conflict-laden situations. • Additionally, you have a high affinity for digitalization topics and experience in the optimization of processes and workflows. • You think in networks, act with political skill, and enjoy working with different stakeholders. <br /> The 18-member team of the Debt Collection Office carries out over 24,000 debt collections and around 12,000 seizures annually. Additionally, we prepare debt collection register extracts and certificates of loss and provide debt collection information.
