The focus is on the analysis and further development of sales master data, the optimization of customer and contract management processes, as well as the development of future-oriented target images. For this demanding mandate in the Greater Zurich Area, we are looking for you as: Senior Business Analyst - Customer & Contract Management # YOUR TASKS In this responsible role, you will analyze the existing sales master data, process, and system landscape and create the foundation for the sustainable further development of customer and contract management. Together with the specialist departments, you will develop target images and target processes with a focus on efficiency, automation, flexibility, and complexity reduction. You will identify, consolidate, and document functional and technical requirements in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders from sales, specialist departments, and IT. Furthermore, you will accompany the evaluation, selection, and introduction of sustainable solutions, support tenders and proof-of-concepts, and ensure that new solutions are optimally integrated into the existing system landscape. Another focus of your activity lies in the creation of sound decision-making bases such as business cases, effort estimates, and risk analyses. You will moderate workshops, prepare management presentations, and actively bring your market knowledge of current trends, technologies, and best practices in customer and contract management into the project. YOUR PROFILE You have several years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex projects, ideally in the banking environment, and possess sound knowledge in customer and contract management as well as in master data management. The analysis and modeling of business processes is as much a part of your daily routine as the close cooperation with interdisciplinary and agile teams. You convince through your deep understanding of modern IT systems, data structures, and business analysis methods, as well as through your ability to prepare complex facts in a structured manner and bring different stakeholders at all levels together. Experience with Jira, Confluence, as well as very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of current market trends in customer and contract management, experience with AI-supported analysis tools or Siebel CRM are an advantage. You work analytically, strategically, and solution-oriented, think in target images and business cases, and know how to develop viable solutions together with the specialist departments. Very good German skills at level C2 as well as English skills at level B1 are required. YOUR PERSPECTIVES You will become part of the core team of a strategic master data initiative and take on a key role in the further development of the customer and contract management of a leading financial institution. The mandate starts on 01.08.2026 and initially runs until 31.12.2027 with an option for extension. The workload is 100% with a total of 298 person-days.
