Responsibilities Transformation of milk into high-quality dairy products, notably fromage à raclette du Valais AOP, tommes and other specialties. Control and monitoring of manufacturing processes to guarantee compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Management and maintenance of production equipment. Preparation of orders and packaging. Qualifications CFC in Cheesemaking or Milk Technology, or equivalent training. Experience in the manufacturing of dairy products, ideally in an artisanal environment.
