Cloud Technician - 100% Your role As a Senior Cloud Technician, you play a central role in the operation, evolution, and optimization of our clients' Cloud infrastructures. Thanks to your experience, you bring real added value in managing complex technical environments, handling critical incidents, and the continuous improvement of our services. You intervene with autonomy, discernment, and initiative, while evolving easily in a multi-client environment, where the ability to juggle between different contexts, priorities, and levels of requirement is essential. Your mission • Ensure the management and resolution of incidents with a proactive, structured, and service-oriented approach, in compliance with SLAs. • Take charge of level 2 and 3 incidents, by analyzing causes, proposing sustainable solutions, and intervening effectively in varied technical environments. • Implement technical changes and evolutions with rigor, taking into account operational challenges and client needs. • Escalate issues when necessary while maintaining control of follow-up and coordination. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services, processes, and operating practices, by identifying concrete optimization paths (notably via automation). • Produce and maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date technical documentation to strengthen knowledge sharing within the team. • Act as a technical reference on certain subjects and support less experienced colleagues when necessary. Your profile • Graduate in computer science (CFC, ET or training deemed equivalent). • You have more than 5 years of experience in an Infrastructure / Cloud systems technician role, ideally in a service environment. • You possess solid skills in Cloud administration, Windows / Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization, hosting solutions, as well as a good understanding of Azure environments, networking, and cybersecurity. • You are perfectly comfortable in a multi-client environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to various technical contexts, manage several requests in parallel, and maintain a high level of service quality. • You are able to quickly understand the specificities of different clients, their constraints, their priorities, and their levels of expectation. • You are comfortable managing complex technical environments and know how to intervene autonomously, methodically, and effectively. • You demonstrate a strong spirit of initiative and do not systematically wait to be told what to do to move subjects forward. • You are recognized for your autonomy, your ability to step back, to prioritize, and to find concrete solutions in sometimes urgent or ambiguous contexts. • You are solution-oriented and capable of researching, testing, and proposing relevant approaches when faced with new problems. • You have a real desire for continuous improvement, both in terms of technical aspects and work methods, service quality, and documentation. • You possess good interpersonal skills, a developed sense of service, and active listening that allows you to understand client needs and collaborate effectively with internal teams. • Rigor, reactivity, stress management, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are among your strengths. • You use generative artificial intelligence tools in your professional daily life. You are comfortable identifying situations where these tools bring concrete value and you integrate them naturally into your way of working. • Certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, VMware, ITIL are an asset. • Your native language is French; mastery of other languages represents an advantage.
