In this versatile role, you will undertake the following activities: Maintenance work in the area of HLKSE Repairs to HLKSE systems and facilities You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding the maintenance and care of technical building systems Coordination of various service provisions Ensuring customer satisfaction Analysis and rectification of faults, ensuring system availability Support with general tasks in building maintenance On-call service assignments This is what sets you apart. You bring the following requirements: Technical basic training in the area of HLKSE Professional experience with HLKSE systems and in maintenance Good IT user knowledge Very good German skills in spoken and written form Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage Enjoyment of exchange with various customers/suppliers Independent way of working and organization Entrepreneurial thinking and acting Participation in the on-call service Possession of a valid driver's license Cat.
