HVAC Project Manager (M/F)

Your mission

To strengthen our client's teams, we are looking for an HVAC project manager (M/F), who has already held a similar position within an electrical installation company in French-speaking Switzerland. ? Your mission: You will be responsible for the management of technical HVAC projects, from studies to the monitoring of their implementation: - Design and development of technical solutions in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning - Sizing of installations and participation in the development of energy concepts - Technical coordination with architects, engineers, and companies - Planning and monitoring of works on site - Quality control and compliance of installations - Financial monitoring of mandates and management of fees - Preparation of technical offers and reports - Coordination of the different project stakeholders - Regular communication with clients and partners - Anticipation of difficulties and resolution of technical or organizational problems

Your profile

? Your profile: - Engineering training in building technology or training deemed equivalent - Proven experience in HVAC project management - Good knowledge of design and sizing of HVAC installations - Experience in site monitoring and coordination of companies - Mastery of usual software (AutoCAD, Lesosai and MS Office) - Good mastery of SIA standards - Sensitivity to the challenges of energy efficiency and building performance You are rigorous, autonomous, and have a sense of organization - Good writing and interpersonal skills - Team spirit and ease in interdisciplinary collaboration - Field experience, a real asset ?
